Don't miss out on this great opportunity! A comprehensive schedule of science workshops to prepare students for the upcoming Science Regents (Earth Science, Physics, Living Environment and Chemistry) is open to any interested student!

Appropriate Warm Weather Attire
A letter will be sent to every child's home and announcements will be made once a week reminding students of the policy. Students who dress inappropriately will be asked either to wear a freshly laundered tee shirt provided by the school or if necessary, parents must be called to school to provide appropriate clothing or to take their children home to change.

Science Lab Makeup Available
Studetns are barred from science Regents unless all labs have been completed. Lab makeup is available after school from 4/28/08 thru 5/2/08.

The Flushing High School College Fair is Thursday, April 17 at 2:30.
Representatives from more than 50 colleges will be visiting the school to provide students with an opportunity to ask questions and secure valuable information.

Learning Environment Survey Due April 18, 2008
The Department of Education conducts an annual survey of parents, students, and teachers to evaluate how well each school supports student learning. This year, the survey will be given from March 12 to April 18. We invite you to take the survey to help determine a better picture of how our schools are performing.
